I´m executive Manager of Lisbon University Sport Service.
The process around the Quality Service or Quality Management could be powerfull, because our service is quite new (4 years) and could result.
So, I´m trying to implement a Quality Management system in our Sport Service (Lisbon University).
In Portugal I don´t know any sport service with that experience and Sport Service is quite different from other services or products to make some kind of benchmarking.
But, I already read a lot about ISO, EFQM, SERVQUAL, and so on...
For know, I not really interessed in Certification. Maybe in the future...
Do you have any advice or pratical examples to me?
