Can anyone let me know if they have an alternative award which could be linked to a Customer Contact Centre.
Renfrewshire Council currently run vocational awards for Customer Service.

The English Tourism Council run Welcome Host schemes. Why not see if there is an analogous Scottish body

Charter Mark is a nationally recognised standard and I believe they have their own website.
