Has anybody obtained a Diploma in Performance Management from Newcastle College?
Or does anyone have a similar qualification?
If so, would you recommend it to others?
Does anyone have opinions on the value of such a qualification?

I’m currently studying for their life coaching qualifications and it has real value to me.
But I couldn’t tell you about the specific qualification you’re after.
diploma in performance coaching
I have the diploma in performance coaching and have also recommended this for colleagues, but I have not come across the diploma in performance management…

I too am studying for the life coaching certificate and have browsed the performance one you mention. I must say the course I am doing is proving useful and thought provoking – good resources/pack. I may well take the course you mention when I have completed this one to keep self-development ongoing.
