Is anyone able to help complete a short questionnaire about their companies current evaluation process. I want to find out what other companies do to evaluate learning and how much managers are involved in the Transfer of Learning in the workplace.

If you’re not already aware of the following, check them out…
1 – The article currently on this site from Kevin Lovell, about an evaluation study recently done – part of it claims to measure transfer of learning across 1000 learners – I say ‘claims’ simply because I haven’t seen the raw data and questions used in the surveys.
2 – Work of Sternberg & Detterman, possibly the more famous people to research this area – plenty on the web under their names.
