I am currently working on a New training package, that encorporates a large amount of terms and conditions that customer service advisors need to learn. They need to be fully coherant on the subject due to them having to offer a right first time solution to the customer on a call. There are internal supporting systems provided listing terms and conditions, but how or what can I add into my training package to help them learn these without just handing them a handout?

How Can I Make Learning More Interesting?
How about a team quiz? I find this usually goes down well when there’s some dry information to be absorbed.You can either give them the questions yourself or ask each team to devise some questions for the other team.

Jazzing up a traiining session
I always like to use music! Musical flipcharts is very effective. Set 4 flipcharts up in 4 corners of the room, different topic on each, & ask participants to brainstorm the topic on each chart. Thay need to move on each time the music starts, when it stops they need to brainstorm.They end up dancing their way between flipcharts!!!A scavenger hunt always works well too. Teams search for a specified list of items eg blue sock, red tie etc in a short length of time. The winners are those that find all on the list in the shortest time. Small prize for the winners
