Developing a team leader course (ILM based level 2) - modules covering: the role of the team leader, organising yourself, dealing with change, planning and organising the team's work, motivating the team, developing the team, briefing the team.
I'm after material, but most importantly fun and effective exercises - I want to make this less talk and chalk and more of an interactive learning session.

Materal for Team Leader Course
I’ve always found the Games for Trainers series of manuals really useful for this type of course. You should be able to track them down throught the CIP Library.
