I am in the process of developing a training programme to help middle mangers in the company to behave more entrepreneurially. Has anyone done something similar? If so how did they approach it?

There are some definitions I would need to understand if I were in your shoes; what is meant by “entrepreneurially”?
I have just completed a very successful event for in house trainers who have always worked re-actively but who are moving towards a more bottom line focussed, pro-active methodology. This included aspects such as “raising your profile” & “selling your service” as well as “cost/benefit analysis” and “thinking outside the box”.
If these are the sort of things that fit your bill I would be happy to share some thoughts if you want to call me
