I work with North Lanarkshire Council, which is in the central belt of Scotland. We are having our staff conference in September, and our Director would like to have a competitive management game, possibly on risk management or change. There will be at least 100 delegates, and I would appreciate if readers could help suggest ideas or a provider that could help with this issue.
