I am looking to get into a training role for small business - in skills of Communication, leadership, teamwork, motivation, delegation etc etc.
I am qualified to lIcentiate Level with the CIPD and would appreciate any practical experience that anybody can give me within thier organisations either as an observer or facilitator preferably in the North West.

Shadowing Observing etc

I have had a shadow these last few weeks. I am running an Active Citizens course in Manchester on some Saturdays in summer.We cover citizenship,communication with the media,effective meetings,campaigning and surveys. My other clients this year include my major topic – equal opps -as well as several human resources and soft skills training. Don’t know if this helps?
