The businesses we want to introduce this style of induction to are retail based. Funerals, Travel and Chemists shops/brnaches.

I worked with a motor organisation 2 years ago to design a trainer-led Corporate Induction Programme. Incorporated into this was a ‘Self Assessment Guide’ for delegates, to help them take ownership of their development and act as a checklist to ensure they acquired all the knowledge required.
