We are holding a Management Training Event which will incorporate the following areas: time management, effective communication, disciplinaries, team building, negotiating & persuading, appraisals and motivating. We'd like to sporadically spring a few quick-fire quizzes which may incorporate case studies, multiple choice, etc which would reflect legislation, procedures, & good practice in the workplace. Does anyone have any quizzes which they have found successful in the past?

“pub-style” Quiz
I use something similar for a management course, but focus predominantly on our procedures which i originally took from our staff handbook, it includes questions that managers should know such as notice periods for their staff, holiday entitlement, disciplinary procedures etc.
I do it in the format of a pub quiz in that i get them to work together in small groups so they can confer.
