I'm looking for a simple TNA model suitable for clarifying individual and team training requirements when we receive funding requests from individuals/team managers to undertake expensive external training activities. I would like to equip the HR advisors with a standard model for asking questions around whether the solution is the most appropriate/cost effective, to ensure best use of our training budget and consistency of practice across the entire organisation .
Does anyone have such a model?
Thanks

TNA proformer
Louise asks for a simple TNA proformer.
The simplest I have come across and appears to work at many levels within an organisation is:
what are you doing now?
what do you need to do that is different?
Why? (business justification)
How will you aquire these skills
How will we know the skills have been aquired?
I have this in a proformer format available in the downloads section of my website http://www.rapidbi.com/bir or on http://www.trainerbase.co.uk if you are a member there.

I have recently completed a TNMA for our organisation consisting of over 150 employees, in over 31 teams from Inverness to Torbay. It went quite well but your more than welcome to chop and change anything if it helps
