I am trying to write a job specification for a learning and development consultant (covering internal and external clients). I am familiar with S/NVQ standards and have used these in the past to help to clarify key duties and responsibilities. However I can’t find anything related to consultancy and am hoping that there is something available that I can use as a framework. Can anyone give me an idea of where to go?

The Internation Board for Training Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI) have competencies for training professionals.
