I'm looking for some information for a training session (or better yet a training provider to deliver a session) on the cross cultural issues around non-verbal communication in the workplace.
We are especially after information around what is and isn't rude in terms of body language, gestures, etc when working with people from various cultural backgrounds.
Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Cultural Training
We have used a couple of UK based cross cultural trainers and consultants but it depends on what cultures you are interested in. We have a mix of all European and Japanese so our providers did a good job of all aspects of x cultural awareness of which body language was one element. If you want to contact me feel free and we can exchange ideas and maybe providers.

Hello Eszter,
I’d recommend that you first have a look at the Global Excellence website – http://www.global-excellence.com – and then talk to Richard Cook – richardcook@global-excellence.com – I think that you’ll find the site and Richard inspirational in terms of what can be acheived for your people.
