I have been asked to source a course that was run a few years ago by a company called Shepherd Moss (that may not be the right spelling) called Personal Power and Influence. It was a week long very powerful programme that our Projects Manager went on and covered assertiveness and personal impact.
Has anybody heard of it as a preliminary search on google has not brought anything up.

Yes, I was on the course more years ago than I want to admit to, and it was powerful for me at that time. As an L&D consultant I have recommended it to other managers. In my opinion, it’s not a first influencing skills course to send people on and, as with any such course, people will get out of it what they put in, and are ready to receive. It could freak some people out – not that it’s weird, but that it’s challenging.
I hope I’m not stating the obvious in saying you should be very careful of managers’ motives for sending people on challenging courses.
