I am looking for a team exercise that could be used during a recruitment for factory based workers. The exercise needs to be easy to set up, indoors and for groups of 6/8 .
Has anyone used a team activity that they can recommend

You will need to establish what you seeking to get out of such an exercise in terms of behaviour/personality etc. You would also need to incorporate a real life task that they will be doing as part of their employment to test their ability to carry out their duties.
Using these two criteria you can then come up with a suitable exercise.
