I work in the HR Learning department of HM Revenue and Customs. We already have detailed accessibility standards covering e-learning, but we are now looking at producing similar standards for all our training methods. If anyone has already developed such standards for their own organisations, I would be very interested in seeing them in order to establish industry best practice.
