Coaching Activities

I am running a programme for managers on motivating and coaching staff and looking for a couple of practical exercises that i can use. Looking to use abstract rather than practical exercises that they can use to practice their skills. Ideally looking for 2 different exercises, one a very task specific training exercise, where a task has to be done a certain way in a certain order and another coaching exercise where 1 person can coach another person to achieve an objective
