I'm working for an organisation that is about to roll out conveyer belts at the till points (major business initiative to improve service and speed).

Does anyone have any advice or tips for ensuring effective, trouble-free and beneficial:-

1) Communication
2) Training sessions
3) Training/support materials
4) Evaluation

Any thoughts would be welcomed.
