I need to brief a few senior people in a client organisation on the topic of Behavioural Observation and give them enough understanding that they can use it as a small part of an extended selection process for a development programme we are designing. They will be observing the candidates during an extended case study and looking for leadership/change agency tendencies.

I seem to have lost all my written stuff on B.O. and would welcome any offers of sites or documents that could add to what I have in my brain as I re-generate my materials.
