I am about to work with an organisation who subscribe to an external HR/Empliyment law service. They do , however want me to facilitate a session with the management team to ensure knowledge of their own disciplinary procedures & management responsibilities in relation to them.
In order to add impact, can anybody advise me where I can find some interesting ET cases/

Employment tribunals
Case law on real people can be found on the EAT ( employment appeals tribunal website). You can download them and use them as lessons learnt or to be learned.
The external outsourcing service should be able to provide you also with some educational material as part of their package. We work with an employment/HR consultancy called Lime One Ltd and all their procedures are packaged into training material as part of the many service options. The employer pays for the material to use in house to ensure there is clarity throughout the organisation. If this is not an option then try the stress at work litigation cases ( if you want a list emailed provide your email address) as this is interesting and goes to the heart of management responsibility and how it can be handled to avoid risk.
Best of luck
