Coaching within the NHS
My view is that the fee is likely to be related to a number of factors such as – the mode of delivery – face -to-face versus telephone ; the number of people being coached; the types of coaching issues; the level of staff being coached; the duration of the coaching contract; the level of autonomy in the coaching contract; the Client’s experience of buying coaching; your levels of experience and qualifications etc. This might lead to a fee that can range (depending on the context) of between £80.00-£120.00 per hour.
