We are about to start to use e-media as a way of increasing our exposure by publishing articles, tip-sheets etc and wonder what recommendations you can offer for valuable sites to publish on.
We have our own website and have been a bit slow in picking up on e-media.
There are so many sites out there that we wondered if there are any with good reputations in the field of personal and organisational change/development?

Ezines and other article marketing sites
I use ezines and it works well, but I also use Google Knol and Hubpages. You need to tailor your articles accordingly.
It’s good to get as wide a spread as possible, but remember that your articles will need to be ‘value’ based and not sales pitches – or they will get rejected.
I am happy to publish guest articles on my blog http://www.thecompletetrainer.blogspot.com and there must be others out there too – look for blogs that have the right content approach but are not directly competitive. The more links you get out there (I always add back links) the better your SEO (as I’m sure you know).
