A large technology customer of ours is moving further into the retail electronics space in Europe and want mindshare at store level.
They want us to train their distributors and partners to then train customer service assistants at stores like Dixons etc. There might be online/DVD support, and we need to keep in mind incentive programmes etc.
I'm keen on developing some new training contacts to help roll out the programme in 8 European countries in Q1 2010.
