Hi everyone
I am looking for suppliers of 'off the shelf' e learning courses in management development areas such as appraisal, managing poor performance, absence management etc.
I don't really want to get into a discussion about the benefits and drawbacks of various approaches - all that has been discussed already. The company I work for is looking at the possibility of offering some off the shelf courses as an additional method of delivery to our other delivery options.
I have had no problem researching bespoke suppliers as obviously that is now the preferred route but I need to be able to show the board the other options.

It isn’t "pure" e-learning as such but it is a very comprehensive online tool kit for management subjects. It is relatively inexpensive and can be customised IF you want it but otherwise is entirely off-the-shelf. You can get a 40 day free trial to assess it and it has been favourably compared to such august facilities such as Harvard Managementor.

E-learning suppliers for Management Development topics
There are very good elearning modules available through Harvard Manage Mentor, they come from Harvard University and
cover all of the topics you are looking at. There is a subscription element and you would need to check with them directly as
to cost. They cover all the topics thoroughly and can be used at the learner’s pace.
