Hi All,
I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction, I have been tasked with designing and delivering a course specifically for dealing with people who have recently lost someone, To give some background the customer will be coming straight to us from their registrar appointment for advice and guidance concerning finance implications, I currently offer a 'Dealing with emotional customers' course, but I want something that goes a little further.
Any help greatly appreciated!

speak to the Citizens Advice Bureau
The CAB deal with people suffering bereavement and diagnisis of terminal illness, I’m sure they’d be able to help
