I am putting together a team leaders programme, and want to move away from 'pre-course reading' and towards pre-course viewing. I am considering creating my own videos/narrated slide shows, but in the interest of saving me time, and my client money, I thought I'd investigate if there were any website already out there providing this sort of thing.
I am aware of 50 Lessons, but I believe that there is a fee per view on this, and whilst I'm willing to accept a small fee, I do want to make sure that it can be fixed, so that we can stay within budget. I'm looking for films that introduce concepts and theories, so that I can keep the workshops short and highly practical.
If anyone knows of, or can recommend anything, I would appreciate it.

Use YouTube
Hi Sheridan,
I find lots of useful interesting and thought provoking material on YouTube.
For example try RSA Animate – Drive: The surprising truth about what motivates us at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc – this is the animated version of a talk by Dan Pink.
Or see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrkrvAUbU9Y for the full TED Talks version – it includes a description of the Candle Problem that you might even want to try out on your leaders.
Hope that helps.

Short Video Clips
Hi Sheridan,
I use both meet the Boss TV and You Tube to source content for blended learning packages for clients I can spend hours sourcing clips that are both stimulating and developmental. I have a client who subscribes to 50 lessons and who selected some clips for their facilitaors to use during delivery. Feedback has not been outstanding. Hope this helps.
