Looking for some good exercises for a group of 12 people. Ive heard there is a boat building exercise but have not come accross this?
Any ideas would be fab, we have up to 2 hours for this. I need it to be really good fun
Thank You

And now for something completely different…
In an effort to be a little more constuctive than simply suggesting you don’t do it…
Although I empathise with the ‘let’s do an activity that will be fun to appease them’ angle, I do see you need help here, so here is a suggestion.
Go to the Pic n mix section of my website http://www.andrewgibbons.co.uk and peruse the free downloads on teamwork I use in your situation.
I particularly recommend the ‘Now and then’ exercise as this gets people to reflect on where their team is now, and how it can be in the future. In addition, the ‘team diagnostic’ exercise, which I tend to use at the end of an event can work just as well at the beginning.
I hope you find these thoughts constructive – do contact me offline if I can help further.
