I have read a lot of very positive comments on the in-tray activity for time management. I wondered if anyine would be prepared to share this with me as i am looking to include this in my time management workshop.
Many thanks

In Tray Exercises
Hi Victoria,
In tray exercises are traditionally used in assessment centres to measure planning, organisation and prioritisation. There are many available off-the-shelf and you can get samples from people like SHL and A&DC. However, both these organisations are fairly strict about who can use their products which may be a barrier. Intrays tend to be quite dry for a workshop format, because they involve individuals working on their own through paperwork and they can take quite a long time too. There are online versions (A&DC has ‘inbox’) but then the costs go up. Sorry if I’m pointing out the problems. If you have a clear idea of exactly what you want to achieve by using an in tray exercise, I might be able to point you towards something that is suitable.
