Does anyone have an old customer service video gathering dust in a cupboard somewhere? I have a charity client who is looking for a video to use in their own internal training and they have a very tight (ie non-existent) budget. They have an old TV Video player but not a DVD player so I wondered if anyone had a video on customer service or handling complaints that they would be willing to give? It's worth asking, as some of you may have old videos you can no longer use.

If you don’t find anything could you just use old episodes of Are You Being Served, Open All Hours, Faulty Towers etc
You might be breaching some license laws so you never heard this idea from me…

if looks could kill
I have a copy of "If Looks Could Kill" (the original Richard Griffiths version) on video that you can borrow. If you are not familiar with this it is a Video Arts customer service video about behaviours….it is very good and the fact that it is old doesn’t really detract.
