At the end of each year, we (Human Resources) set aside a day of celebration, on which we celebrate both our successes and learning curves of the year.
I'm looking for suggestions for activities to add to the 'fun' element of the day.
What we've done before -
- Issued certificates such as 'Keyboard Queen' (to someone who never moves from her desk)
- Had a quiz incorporating business knowledge and general knowledge questions
All suggestions welcome!

Picture Activity
It may be late for this answer now, but one suggestion would be to collect baby/childhood pictures of your staff and create a small quiz where everyone tries to match the pictures with the adult worker. This activity does take some work, but it is fun and stresses the equality of everyone (we were all children).
Since it is probably too late for this year it miught be something you could do next year.
