I am new to this forum and wondered if you can help me.

I work in the third sector and am looking to source an activity I used many years ago, which worked really well to challenge peoples thinking.

It was called the Blowout I think and involved a scenario where you have to get to a meeting and you have a puncture.  I seem to recall it included a couple of options and maps etc.
