I've been asked to find a provider for a training course on Technical Authoring and Graphic Design. (combined)

Not even sure there is such a thing but thought someone on here might be able to point me in the right direction...

The person in question works as an Engineer in an Oil company and wants to learn how to produce training materials...

Guessing he wants a short intensive course rather than long term diploma etc...
