Hi to all my fellow trainers

Many years ago, I was introduced to Primal Leadership, and the 6 leadership styles (Daniel Goleman).  I was exposed to a self evaluation tool (not unlike the Thomas Kilmann Confilct Mode Instrument in structure and application), which highlighted your preferred leadership style.

I have scoured the internet, and been in touch with the Hay Group, but to no avail.

Does anyone know of a self assessment tool (paper based), of this nature?  It makes a good discussion tool in leadership workshops.
