Windows 7 and Office 2010 Upgrade

default-16x9

We are upgrading to Windows 7 and Office 2010. I'm looking for training aimed at the IT professionals who provide helpdesk support.

Any recommended training providers? Manchester and London locations.

Thank you for any suggestions.

If you need something more technical then you might want to consider these courses

6293: Troubleshooting and Supporting Windows 7 in the Enterprise

This course is designed for Information Technology (IT) professionals who have experience with Windows XP and Windows Vista who work as Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technicians (EDSTs) in Tier 2 support environments. The goal of this training is to enable these individuals to support the Windows 7 operating system and solve technical troubleshooting problems in a Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 networking environment.

If unsure then get in touch, we’ve been sourcing various solutions for our clients who have been upgrading to 2010.

  2. IT Training Supplier

    Hi,

We use a company called K2 Training Services for all our IT training needs and I can honestly say they are excellent. Although based in Hull they are prepared to travel and offer standard and bespoke courses.
