Hi there
I am putting together a proposal to deliver some customer service training and facilitation. I am looking for new and innovative ideas for the training with activities and exercises around communication, listening, questionning, building relationships, rapport, body language, managing difficult situations etc.
The team is a software/technical team, their main customer is the MOD.

Not my idea, but a good one……
I can’t claim credit for this idea, but it came from this website (sorry, don’t remember where).
The idea was to have the class go out & visit shops, then rate their customer service experiences using a checklist of thngs to rate them on.
It could possibly be adapted for your particular needs by having them contact similar companies to yours, with the kinds of questions they’ll get themselves i.e. contacting some kind of tech support?
