   Hi Janie,

   We (Sift Media) actually have exactly what you’re looking for. I’ll save you from the sales pitch but take a look at PublicTenders.net. You can search tenders (we provide a list of all currently active European tenders) for free and there are subscriptions available if you want to set up alerts etc. You should be able to get on a free trial straight away but feel free to give me a shout if you need any help 🙂

   There are a raft of places that post contract opportunities, some are free and some are paid for services.

   All tenders governed by EU law must be posted on OJEU web site. There are other sites like Business Link and various forms of eTendering providers who host other public sector tendering portals. Some providers offer a paid for aggregations service (email notification).

   TrainerBase http://www.trainerbase.co.uk has been publishing contract opportunities for over ten years. Most of these are for associate work but also some direct contracts. We also republish contracts that we find in the public domain.

   Any registered user of the site can view all opportunities older than 14 days. To see the latest you need to be a member.
