I do not know where to begin on my CIPD management report.
I am planning to complete my report on apprenticeships. If anyone has anything that they think would be useful or if they have completed this reasearch already and they are happy to share there findings it would be very welcome.

Topic on Apprenticeships
Why not strike out into a new area that we feature on our training courses -it’s a topic hidden from view but with the abolition of the Default Retirement Age,inter alia the Equality Act AND the emerging demographics about our ageing workforce with projections you would find a good backcloth for your thesis.
