Evaluating e-learning modules and portals

I am soon introducing e-learning to our biggest department in our organisation of circa.2000 employees. I'm keen to measure as much evaluation as possible, especially Level 1 reactions to the LMS and the 1st module created for them. If anyone knows of any great articles on this or can share some grteat questions I'd love to read them. Thanks Simon
