I'm keen to obtain some form of accreditation but am wondering if there are any credible alternatives to the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice; there are some aspects of the framework that I find to be a little restrictive and lacking in scientific validity. Any ideas?

Hi Karl, you could research what ITOL (Institute of Training & Occupational Learning) has to offer that might suit your needs.

Thanks for your responses. There are areas that the CIPD cover that I'm not 100% happy with (and all I seem to hear is CIPD CIPD CIPD) so it's good to know of some alternatives.
