I'm confused. I want to improve the experience of my training. I want to improve evaluation and provide free video tutorials as follow up. I would like this to be as customer friendly, simple, and most importantly as 'self-contained' as possible.
I am looking at learning management systems. I am told that training managers can log in and have visibility of learners activity. Great.
But if training managers have their own LMS isn't this duplication and messy?
Any answers?
Kind regards

Equally confused
Hi Carl
I'm confused too. Looks like this might not have been explained clearly. My experience of Learning Management Systems (which has included adding and managing users and building course content etc) is that there is one System. All users access that system. Each user then gets different access rights. So training managers would get a role called "training manager" and learners might be called "student" or "learner" . Through that role training managers then see the activity of those learners "assigned" to them.
If this is not what the LMS does – then you might want to reconsider your LMS options so one that does.
Hope that helps.
