I am revising an in-house foundation management development programme - and I am looking to reinvigorate the section around delegation. The slot is towards the end of the 1st day and I am ideally looking for a practical exercise that helps to address what may deter individuals from delegating. Any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated.

is it a bit obvious to…..
….get them to brainstorm "barriers to delegation"…
…or you could tell them that the session goal is to identify as many barriers to delegation as possible but that you are going to delegate the task to one of them….then you can sit down and let them do it…..after all they are called "delegates"
