Greeting Colleagues,
I am in the process of producing a Risk Management module of about 3-4 hours duration.
I am looking for a project case study that I can use to demonstrate the elements of the ISO 31000 Standard.
I would need a detailed project background and information about objectives, budgets, governance etc.
The idea will be to step through each element of the ISO standard and based on the project background establish the context for perceived project risks, then move on to identifying those risks and so on.
To achieve this, the case study information would need to be detailed and understood by a wide variety of participants from a range of project disciplines such as construction, transport, water etc.
Does anyone have anything handy?
Would appreciate it, thanks.

No But……
…I've just finished reading a book entitled "The Norm Chronicles" which is a fascinating and humourous look at risk and risk management……I'm sure that you'd find some useful and valuable material in it.
