Do you recognise these barriers to evaluation?

In my experience it can be challenging to conduct effective evaluation of the learning we deliver. I was recently interviewed by trainingzone and asked about the research I am currently conducting to try and determine the extent to which L&D professionals recognise common barriers to evaluation.
