I'm currently working at HR Manager level and CIPD qualified. As part of my role I have devised and delivered training, created our L&D strategy, plan and appraisal process. I also co-deliver training for an external company in my spare time.
I am due to go on maternity leave in September but am thinking longer term of what I want to do when I return in a more focused capacity within L&D. I have been looking at a 2 day course through Reed to give me more of a grounding on areas such as evaluation and the training cycle, but don't know if this would be beneficial?
Is there anyone who would be able to mentor me or have a chat to share how they got into a more focused role and progressed and could give me some advice.
