Please friends I wish if possible someone to assist me in answering the below questions that i was asked during my interview for the position of Trainer.
1. Please describe your experience of learning management systems?
2.Please provide an example of a training need analysis programme initiative
where you were the project lead?

Impossible?
Isn't this impossible for anyone else to answer on his forum?
I don't know what your experience of learning management systems is so I am unable to respond. I could give you my experience but then I'm not applying for the training position to which this question relates and for which (presumably) you are applying.
Similarly I can only tell you my own experience of a TNA process I was leading, not yours.
I’m security and safety
I'm security and safety trainer and the position i applied is in automotive industry,
you can share your training analysis may be i will get ideas of the question asked.
but may be if your applying for such position what would be your answer?

Like Garry, I feel this is an impossible question. And I wonder if you have applied for a job for which you are not yet experienced enough? Do you have any experience of LMS? What TNAs have you been involved in or led? Only you can answer these and it would be dishonest to take someone else's thoughts and offer them to the interviewers as your own experience, and you would very soon be found out and would then look foolish.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, and maybe we are missing the thrust of your questions, so if you can clarify a bit that may help us help you.
