Hi - I want to and need to pilot a 2-day awareness raising workshop to help young people understand the 7 skills of adaptability, empathy, critical thinking, integrity, resilience, optimism and being proactive. I do not intend to charge for this and I am looking for a suitable university or college or HE establishment who would be willing to let me do this.
I'm a fully qualified and experienced trainer and consultant and have designed lots of training programmes and materials. This workshop aligns with a book I've written. You can find out more about it and me here: www.the-advantage.info
Anyone know a suitable place I could contact or put me in touch with? Very grateful and thank you,
Emma Sue

why an FE institution?
is there any reason that you couldn't try The Prince's Trust, or another charity for young people in business, or a youth organisation such as the Venture Scouts or Guides, the Young Farmers or similar?
Good idea
Thanks – that is a great idea – any group like that would be ideal too.
Employability schemes
Hi Emma
Local job centres/local councils often run schemes to help young people with employability skills. There are also charities such as Springboard UK (specifically employment in the hospitality and leisure industries) who have similar schemes and may be happy to help you.
