I'm reactivating a regular discussion as I'm keen to see examples of Learning Contracts...
I appreciate that they are contradictory to a healthy leader-supported learning environment and culture and that they can also have a negative effect on motivation to learn.
Having said that, an agreed understanding in some form of 'contract' to Kirkpatrick Level 3 & 4 outcomes for example for both the business and the learner may well temper any negative considerations.
Any examples [wayne.s.moore@justice.govt.nz] and thoughts would be very much appreciated.
