As a training team within a Sales Service Centre we are looking to introduce ''development clinics''.
Our objective is to raise employee engagement in realtion to develpment and training with our agents and also to gain ideas and insight into creating an agent development programme this year.
Can anyone offer any advice on how to approach these clinics and also any ideas and suggestions in realtion to implementing a full development programme?
