1. Doing things with the opposite hand

   Hi Steve

   You could try getting people to write, catch a ball, throw a paper aeroplane, with their opposite hand. Or you could get some kids' skittles and get them to try bowling with their opposite hand.

   Thanks for asking and also for sharing.  I like the shoe tying example too – so fast and funny and it seems to work too…
